Chris Bartl Training Log 9/20/14

Trying to just get back in the groove after this weekend.  Drove up to Frenso on Friday for some clients who were competing on Saturday.  Map said it was supposed to take 4.5 hours….I did it in 3:25 minutes.  What can I say, I drive normal.  Just ask Brian 🙂

Anyways, Saturday went great and all five of my clients did exceptional.  We had a lot of first timers and 3 walked away with second place medals and one walked away with first.  Pretty cool and they were all stoked.

The day was brutal though.  Stared at 6 am and didn’t stop until I crawled in to be at 2:45 am the next day.  Then my puppy wanted to sleep on me and when he wasn’t sleeping he was trying to eat my fingers and toes, so I didn’t get much sleep.  While I went to be early last night, I still am only running at about 65-70%.

Today was a squat day to get back on track and I tried to push it today but still feeling the effects of Saturday, I did not hit a number that I know I can hit for 4 with an RPE of 7.  Next time…
