Haha! Nope. But it never hurts to look good, right?
[wa-wps]The gym is really starting to come alive. This is a pretty cool time. We’ve been getting a lot of out of town folks coming in to train. Pretty cool that word is spreading about us and folks are stopping in to see us and catch a workout.
With folks training for 3 different meets towards the end of May and beginning of June, things are starting to ramp up. Intensity is starting to rise and the level of seriousness is starting to show. Even though we’re finishing up their deload week prior to starting meet prep, guys are getting antsy to lift something heavy. I’ll start posting videos from the rest of the crew soon. They’ve got some big things coming.
I’m wrapping up my most successful offseason. Bench has taken off and I’m eager to see what that will carry over to for my shirted bench. My squat technique is vastly improved and my deadlift is just itching to get tested. Can’t wait. Scott Paltos has done a tremendous job getting me ready for this meet prep. From here out Brian will be doing my training leading into this meet. I’m excited to see what he’s got in store for me.
