LCS coming off deload, Week 1 for most

Full meet prep has started for all but myself.  I start next week.  Coming off a deload, everybody is looking really good.  Got a few different meet preps all going on.  One equipped fella and 2 RAWng fellas getting ready.

I’ve had one of my most successful offseasons.  My raw strength has really climbed up (wasn’t that great to start with but an improvement can only help the geared work).  Got a few new toys I’ll be playing with and that makes me really excited.

For now, I’ll be keeping everybody as close to the same page as I can but towards the end we’ll have to diverge to peak properly.  Working with a team has it’s benefits but programming for multiple meets and timing heavy training can be a little tricky.  Makes for a fantastic training atmosphere when everybody is getting dialed up together.

Week 1 for them is here:

“80%” for a several doubles.  I say 80%-ish because we’re not sure really where they are yet. It may seem really high as a starting point for Week 1 but we’ve been building up over the course of a couple weeks and we’re being pretty conservative with some unknowns right now.  We’ll dial this in and have a better idea where the guys are in a couple weeks.  Looking forward to seeing what they can.

Finished up my offseason stuff and here’s some highlights:
