Lowcountry Strength will have a busy couple weeks coming up. We’ve got Twitchy competing in the APF equipped Nationals, at Steve and Dub going raw at an RPS meet June 4th and then Scott (raw) and myself (geared) in Michigan on June 11th.
Getting everything kicked off this week with a deload. Going to get primed up and then ramp it up.
Squat:
50% for 5 singles
Piston style split squats: 3 sets of 10 per leg
Up down planks: 3 sets of 10
GHR: 3 sets of 10 w/ bodyweight
