LCS Off season training, Wk3 Sq/Dl

Lowcountry Strength is currently in our off season training.  Lots of different things going on right now.  I’ve moved the group into a higher volume phase while I’m working with Zane Geeting for my training.  Pretty cool to see quite a few different things happening for all the folks here.

McGill big 3 to warm up

Squats w/ briefs:

3 sets of 4 @RPE 7

Speed pulls:

5 singles @RPE 5

RDLs: 3×8

GHR: 4 sets of 8

Leg ext and standing calves: 4 sets of 15

 

Most of the crew have time to do separate squat and deadlift days.  While I’ve got a few doing a similar combo day to me, the majority are following a squat day similar to this:
