LCS Offseason Week 4, Session 2

Session 1 was a smash fresh of floor presses that I still suck at.  Fun but not worth mentioning.  The rest of the crew is on deload so we’ll get back to them next week.  I’m a geared guy so the geared lifting stuff interest me.  If you enjoy that too, here’s some squat suit work.

I’m still dialing in this suit.  This past weekend Brian and Byrd gave me some great tips on using this suit, so I’ll have to play with it a bit over the next couple weeks.

I’ve yet to pick out a meet, so we’ve got a couple fun things planned for this offseason.  Scott Paltos is currently doing my programming, and I’m quickly finding out that I have a lot of work to do.

Hey?! Get out of there!

What’s he doing back there?

The plan was to do 10 singles at 80-85% range.  After 7 or 8, I needed to pee so bad I just doubled up the rest and called it done.  Not as pretty as I’d have liked but progress, I feel, nevertheless.

Afterwards:

GHR 6×6

Walking lunges: 4×20

Abs: 10 minutes (this is still surprisingly difficult)
