Lowcountry Strength is currently training for an in-house mock meet. This is an open day to anybody interested in powerlifting. It’s a free event to come out, ask questions, hang out and get a lift in. We won’t turn anybody away. Come ask your questions about powerlifting or just lifting in general.

[wa-wps]Thought of the day: This little fluff and buff day is the one day I’ll often break from my plan and just do whatever I feel like. Shoulders, arms, hell even calves some days. Sled drags, prowler, whatever. Or just plain take it off. The meat and potatoes of the work gets done on the other days, this is a nice break to enjoy training and just have fun.
