29 Apr LCS Week 7, Session 3
There are 3 meets that members of Lowcountry Strength are currently training for. APF Equipped Nationals on May 29th, RPS Backyard Brawl, June 4th, and RPS Kalamazoo Barbell Bash June 11th. If you follow along, training for the group is posted but understand that I make adjustments on a daily basis for individuals and those specifically training for meets. Since we follow the 10/20/Life protocol, each individual of LCS is given their own weak point training if it does not correspond to that posted.

With a whacky schedule, it’s been 10 days since I was last in a shirt. I’ve had one of my guys start the break in process for one of the navy SDPs that’s a size smaller than the black one I have. I’ve yet to get in it until now. I must say, it’s going to be my go to shirt. The material will make it amazing to get some pop. Just got to make sure I take my time breaking it in.
Worked up to a raw 3bd top set for a triple
80% (495) for 2×2 in black SDP (size 58)
close grip 4bd in navy SDP (size 56) worked up to a triple at 535
The last set here was considerably easier than last week in the black. Got a little more breaking in to do but really itching to take that navy to a 2bd or lower.
Big thanks to all the guys for helping out. A great crew makes training a whole helluva lot easier.
