Lowcountry Strength is currently training for an in-house mock meet. This is an open day to anybody interested in powerlifting. It’s a free event to come out, ask questions, hang out and get a lift in. We won’t turn anybody away. Come ask your questions about powerlifting or just lifting in general.

Lowcountry Strength’s In-House Fun Day
[wa-wps]
Lower accessory and weakness training. Tons of upper back work. With our first 2 days of the week aimed primarily at the competitive lifts (or selected alternatives), these last 2 days of the week are used to fill in the gaps. Primarily upper back work where I see so many lifters have issues. Not enough pulling and it doesn’t bode well for the other lifts. Along with some lower accessory movements but mostly more back. More back. And more back.
