01 Dec LCS wrapping up deload
Lowcountry Strength is currently in our off season training. Lots of different things going on right now. I’ve moved the group into a higher volume phase while I’m working with Zane Geeting for my training. Pretty cool to see quite a few different things happening for all the folks here.
As always, a big thanks to Inzer Advance Designs and Captain Jacked for their continued support of TeamPRS.
I’ve wrapped up my deload work this week and the rest of the crew is creeping up in the volume.
For a bit of an idea where the crew is right now check out their last squat day:
I’ve been creeping the volume up on them a little bit at a time. Another couple weeks and we’ll switch to a more intense off season. About that time we’ll have picked out another meet and I’ll start planning that out.
As for myself: I’ve wrapped up this week’s deload and feel really really good. Been tinkering in the squat with some light gear but getting ready to add some suit bottoms next week. Also getting back in the shirt soon for a little experimenting. There’s a couple things I’ve been itching to try.
Screwed up the workout a bit. It was supposed to be doubles but my dumbass had my guys’ deload on mind for some reason. So I ended up doing 5 singles instead of 3 doubles like Zane asked. My bad.
