I am currently about 3 weeks out from the RPS US Open in San Diego, CA where I will be competing in the 114lb weight class raw with wraps.

Deload week. I enjoy deload week because it gives me a chance to have a little fun with my accessory work.
Wednesday Bench work:
- Flat DB Bench work: Worked up to 70lbs for 4×8
- Cable fly 3×12
- Hammer strength decline press 4×10-12
- Dips 4×15
- Tricep push downs 4×12-15 with partials for burnout
- Driggers press 3×15
- McGill big 3
- Stir the pots x 200
Thursday Accessory work:
- Pull ups 4×20
- Single arm KB 4×20 each arm
- Barbell curls 3×12-15 with partials for burnout
- Explosive push-ups 5×10
- McGill big 3
I’ll be taking openers and potential second attempts this week.
