04 May Lisa Guggisberg-Deload and some leg pump action.
Deload week. Nothing ground breaking. My schedule has gotten even busier now that my son is playing for his little league travel team. Our week is pretty much scheduled around his practices. This means I have to be flexible with my training times.
I am currently sitting around 4 weeks out from RPS meet. I am feeling great. Diet is on point and I am hoping this weight cut will go as smooth as my last one went. I got IFBB Pro Joel Thomas to help me with my diet during my prep for RUM VIII and had phenomenal results and the easiest weight cut I’ve had to date. I ran carbs all the way up to the day before weigh in’s. Recovery was ten times easier as well. I am hoping that same magic will happen this time.
