20 May Lisa Guggisberg-Final Week of Meet Prep. PLATFORM READY.
I am currently getting ready for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015 in Fort Myers, FL. I am staying at the 114lb weight class but going in wraps for the first time.
Finished out my meet prep this week. I am really starting to feel beat up so I hit my openers, second attempts and shut it down until the meet. I am feeling a lot better about my squat as I am getting more comfortable in wraps. My bench is going better than previous meet preps cycles and my deadlift is feeling strong. I am ready to get on the platform. Weight/water cut starts next week and I’ll be updating how that goes. I’ve got about 7-8lbs to cut.
