I am currently in offseason mode. My next two meets will the the XPC Finals at the Arnold and then the Women’s Pro Am.
Warm up:
McGill Big 3
Goblet Squats
Bar 2×10
worked up to 3×2 at 325 in briefs and self wrap knee wraps.
Focusing on sitting back into the briefs and wraps.
Deadlift
Sumo deficit pull off 2″ block
worked up to 300# for a top set of 3.
Everything feels great and I am ready to start official meet prep for the Arnold.
