21 Sep Lisa Guggisberg-Pre-contest 6 Weeks Out
I recently competed in my first multiply meet where I totaled 1118 at 118 lbs (123 weight class). I am currently gearing up for the RPS Reverent meet on October 29 at Tony Crowden’s gym, The Hybrid Athlete Mission, in North Carolina.

Bench Work:

- 185 x 3 to 2 board
- 200 x 2 t0 2 board Inzer SDP shirt on
- 215 x 1 to 1 board
Took a week off after meet. This weeks goal was pretty much just getting back in my shirt and feeling some weight. Still keeping things nice and light and recovering from the September 3rd meet.
