16 Jun Lisa Guggisberg Week 8 Offseason
I recently competed at the RPS US Open in April 2016 where I totaled 903 raw with wraps at 114lbs. I am currently getting ready for the RPS meet in Fort Meyers on September 3rd which will be my first multiply meet.
[wa-wps]Training has been a little off scheduled we have been super busy with my son’s travel baseball. I am basically fitting training in when I can.
Saturday squats and deadlifts

Work

- 300 x 2 briefs
- 315 x 2 x 3 Inzer LUP on straps down
Deadlift Work
I was really excited to get a brand new Inzer Fusion deadlift suit. I kept it really light to work suit and form. Switched back and forth from sumo and traditional stance. Sumo felt really good this week. I’ll keep pulling sumo for a few more weeks.

- Front side & side raises with 5lb plate
- Banded speed work working up to 155# x 3
Shirted Bench Work
- 185 x 1 to 2 board
