I am currently 3.5 weeks out from the XPC Finals at the Arnold and 10.5 weeks out from the RPS US Open in San Diego, CA and peaking for the Arnold.

Got to train with the guys at Team Samson this weekend.  Always thankful for the opportunity to work with them.

Not happy with depth on the 375# but the goal was to feel the heavier weight on my back and get comfortable/confident with it.

Deadlift Work

Deadlifts felt GREAT.  Moved with speed.

Overall a good training session.  Planning on going heavy and hitting some reverse band work this coming Saturday and getting more comfortable with the heavier weight.
