I am currently 3.5 weeks out from the XPC Finals at the Arnold and 10.5 weeks out from the RPS US Open in San Diego, CA and peaking for the Arnold.


Got to train with the guys at Team Samson this weekend.  Always thankful for the opportunity to work with them.

Deadlifts felt GREAT.  Moved with speed.

Overall a good training session.  Planning on going heavy and hitting some reverse band work this coming Saturday and getting more comfortable with the heavier weight.

She is a mom of two, a firefighter wife and has worked as a full time litigation paralegal for almost 20 years.
