
28 Mar Lisa Guggisberg- Week of 3/23/15-Back on the reservation. Meet Prep-Deload Week.
I am currently getting ready for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015 in Fort Meyers, FL. I am staying at the 114lb weight class but going in knee wraps for the first time.
I went off the reservation with the diet during offseason. I’m a little plump right now. Don’t judge, I enjoy life during offseason. I don’t morph into a lazy, fat, greasy, slob, but I do enjoy the occasional piece of cake when I want to. I use my offseason to let my body rest and reset from training, diet and mental demands. However, it’s time crawl back on the reservation, rein in the Oreo feeding frenzy and focus. Roughly 9 weeks out from next meet.

McGill Big 3 (Rolling planks, birddogs, McGill crunches)
Hammer curls 4 x 12
Tricep push downs 4 x 12
Dips 4 x 20
Standing dumbbell overhead press 4 x 12
Flys 3 x 20
Day 2
McGill Big 3 (Rolling planks, birddogs, McGill crunches)
Goblet squats 3×20
Pause squats 3×5 @ 50%
Day 3
Laying banded dumbbell press 4×12
Barbell rows 3×8 @135#
Standing V-bar bent over pull downs 4×12
McGill pull ups 3×20
