Lowcountry Strength Team 7 Weeks Out

Lowcountry Strength has started meet prep for the upcoming RPS Backyard Bash in NC on June 9th.  Lots of different things going on right now.  The team is progressing well through the prep while I’m working with Zane Geeting for my training.  Pretty cool to see quite a few different things happening for all the folks here.

As always, a big thanks to Inzer Advance Designs and Captain Jacked for their continued support of TeamPRS.

Check out the PowerRackStrength shop for shirts, hats, books, and other goodies.

Quick little compilation video of a few of the other guys from LCS putting in work.  Nice glimpse into the diversity of the training.  One guy in wraps, another in briefs and a suit minus wraps, and yet another in briefs only.  Whether they do the meet or not, I try to keep every one on the same page and those that don’t do the meet will lead up to a testing day.  All 3 are doing a double at roughly 85% of either a max or estimated max.

From there they will break off to do different accessory work specific to them as similarly outlined in Brian’s 10/20/Life.

Detailed below is how my overall template for this day might look, but as you can see, there are definitely distinct differences that I have each individual make.
