Week # 2 of fixing my busted bench!

I am sure by now that most of you have heard the horror story that is my pec, so I will save us all the time and just get into the training.

The goal this offseason, like any is to improve weak points. I will continue to try and grow my upper back, put more focus back on direct leg work, and fixing this screwed up ass pec. Benching equipped doesn’t bother it at all, but my raw stuff sucks. Even doing band flies in certain positions you can see the pec just tremble. Well I have to fix this. So I have laid out a plan for a total of 6 weeks to focus on it before I switch gears and start to prep for the Arnold or another meet.
