22 Apr 4am fish, rice and coffee
The last 12 hours have been much better than expected! I weighed in a couple lbs under weight and didn’t have to sweat or spit or do anything…. I’m pretty sure their scale was weighing a couple lbs light but I’m not gonna complain.
I’m tightening up really well. After being a little dehydrated and hungry I started eating after weigh ins and I was ravenous! I had 2 meals earlier in the day and then quit eating for a while, and then had a meal each hour from 7-11pm when I went to bed.
I just woke up and had breakfast (tilapia, rice and coffee) and was greeted by decent vascularity and fullness which is a good sign, and I’m about to head down to the tanning area again for some touch ups. I’ll try to come back and lay down until the competitor meeting at 9am but we’ll see if I get any shut eye.
