Pretty much had it up to here with loose briefs since they aren’t doing shit to help my lifting, so after Sunday’s squat session I found a place to drop them off and am taking care of it. The weight is light but the pop is non existent with the briefs. I won’t feel comfortable or safe (with my hips and back) if I don’t get them fitted right… so next week they should be ready to go so I can actually get some use from them instead of feeling like I am wearing jeans.
** Stiff-Legged Deadlift **

– 225.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 315.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 405.0 lbs x 5 reps

Started from the floor. Scratched sumo for the day because of the briefs.
** Glute-Ham Raise **

– 185.0 lbs x 6 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 4 reps

Easy work to get ready for the shirt
** 2 Board Bench **
– 425.0 lbs x 2 reps
– 425.0 lbs x 2 reps
Screwed up putting the shirt on, couldn’t fix it right and due to me sweating like a freak I was sliding on the bench. Shit session so I just ended it before I either got hurt or slid off the bench.
** Floor Press **
– 225.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 275.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 315.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 335.0 lbs x 5 reps
I need more tricep strength so I added in floor pressing as the second lift instead of DB work.
** Parallel Bar Triceps Dip **
– 17 reps
– 13 reps
– 7 reps
** Rope Push Down **
– 110.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 15 reps
The first two days didn’t really shock the world but that happens… I am just glad today is a day of rest and I am enjoying the hell out of that one.
BTW, be sure to check out the new shirts we have for sale in the store.
Lift like a champ, look like a winner.
