Ashman – Deload week begins

Attacking this deload week with a rep filled vengeance of epic proportions… well not that much but me and Deload Dan are going to make this a purely bodybuilding week, scaled down.

I don’t want a bar in my hands or on my back this week. Contrary to 99% of the deloads out there, I am opting for blood flow over 3 reps of weight so light it pisses you off.

So away we went with easy weight for reps!

** Leg Press **
– 400.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 400.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 400.0 lbs x 15 reps

** SSB Good Morning **
– 120.0 lbs x 12 reps
– 120.0 lbs x 12 reps
– 120.0 lbs x 12 reps

** Bulgarian Split Squat **
– 12 reps
– 15 reps
– 15 reps

** Medium Band Leg Curls **
– 15 reps
– 15 reps
– 15 reps

** Leg Press Calf Raise **
– 200.0 lbs x 100 reps

Well that was anticlimatic….
