29 May Ashman – Fluffing and buffing
Today I did some fluff and buff stuff with Dastardly Dan.
It was a quick day, a nice little pump and there isn’t any more to say about a workout like this other than to enjoy being bored as hell reading the light weight for higher reps I did.
Paint drying is probably more fun.
