Ashman – taking a light as hell day

Been battling a low grade fever the past couple days but I didn’t want to miss a lift.

Instead of trying to force myself to move weight, I played it a little smart and did a ton of reps.

Sometimes I CAN be smart.

** Cambered Bar Good Morning **
– 155.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 155.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 155.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 155.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 155.0 lbs x 10 reps

** Medium Band Leg Curls **
– 20 reps
– 20 reps
– 20 reps

Did these one leg at at a time.

** Leg Extension Machine **
– 110.0 lbs x 25 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 25 reps
– 110.0 lbs x 25 reps

** Pull Up **
– 6 reps
– 6 reps
– 6 reps
– 6 reps

** Barbell Curl **
– 45.0 lbs x 100 reps

Quick easy and pumptacular.

Ok, I won’t use that fucking word again.
