27 Sep Brian Carroll | 10/20/Life Offseason | Week 6 bench press deload with video log
Not a great deal to add right now other than resting up this week, getting my bodyweight down.
I have, however, picked out a meet – APF Rick Lawrence Memorial on December 7 in Tampa. Rick was always a great friend to me and I want to support anything that is done in his memory.
Picking up training officially this weekend for December 7. It will begin with Chains on the squat, 6″ blocks on the deadlift. I will be wearing knee wraps and will add in briefs and a suit in the coming weeks. But, I will not be getting into the gear quite as much as I have in the past (every week). I will work on finding a balance.
