Since my post a weeks ago, I’ve gotten on track. You can read about my come to Jesus here: Last log entry

Training Sat – Squat/DL (combo day approach)

Normal warm-up which you can read about HERE McGill Big 3

645×1 – 2 singles – in Predator Briefs
735×1 – 2 singles – added Inzer Gripper Wraps
Added Leviathan Ultra Pro

Deads 4″ block…. – RAWWWWW

One Leg GM: 3×15
McGill big 3…..

This week felt VERY good. My hip issues seem to have subsided since my come to jeebus a few weeks ago.. I’ve stayed dedicated to my promise to take care of my body work and It’s paying off. I feel GREAT. Seriously.

Sucks that I have to stick to singles on the squat (due to having issues keeping form perfect with reps) but I’m lucky to have the ability to pull reps on the dead.

I’m going to stick with raw blocks for another week and beltless. Then to the Inzer Fusion for the rest of the precontest.

I can honestly say that my back strength is back 100% to pre injury. Very thankful!
