Since my last post, I’ve gotten on track. You can read about my come to Jesus here: Last log entry

I have taken the last 10 days or so off from training. No core work, no walking – only therapy. ART, Graston, NMT, rolling and a LOT of direct trigger point work. I let myself get way off track – I admit it.

I have also gotten LOTS of massage since my meltdown. I actually got 3 last week haha – 2-2hr and 1-1hr, and 2 this week so far 2hr and a 1hr.

I started back training LIGHT on Monday with some light core work and DB presses etc and eased into it. Felt pretty good.

I’m going to do some more training on Wed (today) and not push too hard either – then pretty much Saturday, if everything feels as it should – I will start some meet prep training. I’m also going to get back on the walking protocol.

I’m looking forward to MAINTAINING being in better shape and getting back to training!! I knew better.

Long year of lifting next year – No f$cking around!!!

Merry Christmas
