Brian Carroll Training update!

I’ll make a longer post in a few but a GREAT week of training.

I posted on Friday, that it was time to be Man or Mouse.

I was feeling like crap, but pushed through it and had a good session on Saturday.

I ended up squatting 1050, and pulling up to 705 conv and sumo.

Body felt good afterward, but tired.

I ended up working all day sunday and monday, then it was time to finish strong with some benching.

This was a true test for me.

I ended up taking 755 off a half board, and then 785.

They felt heavy BUT I pressed then clean.

I’ll post video and more info soon.

VERY OVERDUE for a deload.
