I’m just now getting back into the swing of things with training.

This was my first real day back, so I took a last warm-up straight weight and a reverse band opener. It went OK. Deads felt very good.

Normal Warm-up

Pretty solid day with gym atmosphere pretty ideal. None of the weights felt heavy they just didn’t move quite as fast as I had hoped. But I’ll get better in the coming weeks.

I’m back to doing leg presses 2x per week, but light and in a ‘piston’ fashion, keeping tension on the quads. These carry over to my squat very well.

I’m looking forward to putting some good training together over the next 4 weeks. Bench press is tonight. I’ll update more tomorrow/wed.
