I just finished competing at the RPS US Open in San Diego, CA April 23 where I won the equipped overall best lifter with a 1091 squat, 788 bench and a 771 dead for a 2651 total – second alltime at 242.I took a week off from training and now ramping up for the RPS Redemption meet 5/28/16 where I will compete at 242 again, along with a few other teammates on PowerRackStrength.com

5/23 – Monday.

Still feeling slightly under the weather. I think the meds got me still because I’m super tired and lethargic right now add in cutting weight/going low carb right now and I don’t feel super good. haha. I’m pretty sure the worst is behind me – thank God.

I’m going to tough it out the next day or so and get a lot of rest and hopefully feel better in the next couple of days.

My Bodyweight is sitting at 259 right now, so it’s on point as usual. I should be close to 250 by thurday am when I cut my water. I tend to lose 1-3lb per day when loading water and going low carb. I’ll do my best to keep things updated here.

For those that read this far, here is an old video for you to giggle at. This is from 2007 with Jim Wendler at the first westside IPA proam. This was and still is the largest cut I ever attempted. Stupid. I was 255 and came down to 224 and couldn’t get lower.
