Byrd: Equipped Squats and Benches

Things are on track for the Battle on the Boarder in Atlantic City. Body weight is sitting right around 282, with just under 7 weeks to go. Sound make for a nice easy cut for me, and hopefully an even easier recomp.

Squats:

Raw up to 525
briefs up to 700s
Suit on
845
955
1005rb

Everything moved fast, still need to bring depth in some but I am 7 weeks out so no worries.

Bench: The plan was to get some volume in and then take about an opener type number to the one board. I am still breaking in the shirt, but damn I love this SDP.

Raw 390×3
shirt work sets
730×2 2board
750×0 1board just bad form
760×1 1board fast
820×1 2board again good speed.

Brian and I had a friendly bet on numbers from the 2board tonight, but we both decided to shut it down there. I felt good for another solid jump as well did he, but the risk of injury this far out was just too much. Meet days numbers are all that matters.
