Byrd: Forced Deload

It has been a rough week, with a sudden death in the family I had to travel to NC after work last week. It was a difficult time for my family and training was pushed to the back burner. I was able to get a quick 30 minute work out one day while I was away, and it was nice to get my mind away for a few minutes.

Being in full offseason training, it doesnt really put me in a bad position missing some training. It still doesnt mean I want to miss training, but the good news is things will be back on track this week.

Deload bench
5×2 at 225
3×10 dumbbell press
100 push downs
3×10 hammer curls

I am looking forward to squatting with the Team Samson crew tomorrow. Time to throw some briefs on and do some real squats.
