14 Sep Byrd: Getting Healthy and Back into the Flow
Last week was just about refocusing and getting back into the flow of things. I have still been struggling with my quad tendon and being healthy but it is making progress. Brian and I have bounced around the idea that I should bench at Burt and Mindys RPS meet in a few weeks. For me to even have a legit shot at that I need to get my leg ready.
This week I did the following.
Floor press up to 285 plus 80lbs in chain for 5 reps
Bodybuilding day
4×10 seated shoulder press
4×10 front raises
4×10 dumbbell shrugs
4×20 hammer curl
4×10 zoteman curl
150 band push downs
Saturday
I just spotted and coached a lot of guys this weekend. We have several guys getting ready for the meet.
