
03 May Byrd: Heavish Raw Training
Just a gear whore who is enjoying some raw training. Bodyweight is steady, and finally getting healthy. No meets in the future, but with me that could change any minute!
[wa-wps]Back to triples for one more week. I decided to continue to work with the swiss bar for one more week to let the chest finish getting healthy.
Bench with swiss bar

The hardest part of training was holding on to this damn bar. It wanted to slip from my hands, and damn near dropped it on my best!
Aux day
one arm rows 3×8
3×25 leg extension
3×10 hamstring curls
stir the pots till failure
Squat day

Overall I am really happy with the speed of the squats and how quickly the raw strength is coming back. Really looking forward to the next few weeks of training.
