26 Oct Byrd: Offseason Bench
Offseason is in full swing, with goals of bringing up some weak points and getting healthy! So far the body weight is up and body is healing nicely. Currently no meets in the near future, but still lots of big goals.
[wa-wps]Both pecs and shoulders are not feeling the best in the world. I have decided to do most of my training using the shoulder saver or boards to protect that. I will be rotating the shirt work in every few weeks. Around Christmas time I will make the switch over to meet prep.

Overall it was a solid day, chest and tris feel better. Looking forward to squat this week as well as helping Brian and Lisa at their meet!
