Byrd: Raw Squats

Still working on getting my hip and back into some what healthy shape. I am still leaning bad, but its a work in progress. Bodyweight is still in the 260s, and really didnt expect to be all that strong. I have not squatted even moderately heavy raw in about 16 weeks, so really wasnt sure what to expect.

Warm ups
foam rolling
more bird dogs
lots of muscle rub

squats
bar x alot
2×5@145
2×5@245
1×1@345
1×1@435
1×1@525
added wraps
1×1@575
1×1@650

Everything moved really fast, just depth sucked. I moved my stance out a bit raw and it helped my hip track a little better. I will deload this week, and maybe next to get a little healthier and then push it again.
