07 Aug Byrd: Squats 8 weeks out!
8 weeks to go, and now the fun begins! Today was one of those days where its hard to stick to the plan. Everything felt light and moved fast, but for once I am seeing the bigger picture. We had a pretty full gym on Saturday, with most in offseason training and Jason on his deload. This means I got the monolift all to myself. To keep a decent pace I payed attention to the other monolift and worked into a rotation following them.

I feel like I am on track, and really excited to see where this goes. Training at this point has been fun, and I have a fire that I have not had in some time. Its nice to feel some drive in the gym!
