Byrd: Why did Paltos do this to me?

Eventually I will get enough balls to post a pic of where my body sits currently. If you have read my article Then you know that I have been working now for nearly a year to get my bodyweight down. My weight started at a high of 323, and currently sitting about 260lbs. I have set the goal to get off as much fat as I can and rebound carrying as much muscle as possible to lift in the 275 class. I have put my trust in both Brian and Scott to help me reach my goals.

I personally hate training with high volume, it kills me! I am also not a dumbass and know that is what I need to be doing currently to reach my goals. Being I have a hurt bicep, and a lot of things going on in my life, I gave up my offseason to Scott. It is nice to take a break from thinking about training and just doing what is on the paper for a bit.

Today Scott won big time. My arms completely gave up on me at the end. During the night my tris were cramping up with any quick movement. I am really looking forward to seeing what comes from this!
