Deload+ 6 Weeks Out= “Terry Tate”

Currently working my way down in weight to lift in the 275 class at the XPC Finals. Looking to improve on my all-time best lifts of 1040, 725, and 730lbs. I am also taking on additional online clients for personalized training. Feel free to email me at if you are interested.

The combo of deloading and the meet right around the corner has me on edge. Most of you reading this know I have taught special education for the past 6 years. This year I took on a new task, as I am helping develop a program for inner city students here in Jacksonville. The kids are great, but they struggle with making good decisions. This is often amplified this time of year with Christmas break, and now spring coming quickly. Often my issues are not the students though, its the teachers and parents. Needless to say the last few days have me feeling like Terry Tate.

Now training!

Deload Squat

I am ready to kick this thing into high gear, look for some big numbers over the next two weeks.
