27 Jun Jonathan Byrd 10 Weeks Out
Starting to add more and more gear into the training cycle. Currently working in a set of 2 ply grid stitched predators and will be trying out a new SDP this week. Really excited to get moving in the right direction in this cycle and see what kind of numbers I can put together. The plan for this week was still to ease into some things, work on getting 100% and hit a few week points.
Bench: Warm ups felt pretty shitty. My shoulders were hurting so I went to the 3 board pretty early and just worked the lockout.

I am ready to get things rolling! I will hit the ground running hard on Monday with a new SDP. The break in process will be fun. I have never been in an actual tight shirt or one that fit well. Lucky with the team around me I should be able to have a fast learning curve.
