03 Jul Jonathan Byrd 10/20/Life Squat/Dead Auxiliary
Week 3 of my offseason set up and things are going good so far. My body weight was down to 286 this morning, and strength has not seemed to be effected much. Wednesday night I trained by squat/dead auxiliary lifts.
6×1 McGill pull ups
5×6 rows
5×8-10 snatch grip shrugs
3×8 goblet squats
3×8 kb swings
3×5 glute ham raises
McGill Big 3
I had to back off the McGill pull ups again due to bicep/forearm pain. It was better this week, but still not healthy. The snatch grip shrugs killed me! Lost my grip every time at the end, and have left me pretty sore today.
