Currently working my way down in weight to lift in the 275 class at the XPC Finals. Looking to improve on my all-time best lifts of 1040, 725, and 730lbs. Monday
Speed bench
5 sets of doubles at 225 plus band
3 sets of singles at 275 plus band
Wednesday
Pause squats
KB swings
single leg gm
Mcgill pull ups
dumbbell shrugs
