Jonathan Byrd Squat/Deadlifts with Video

Saturdays squat/ deadlift day went well. I decided to go ahead and put on my suit for a set. I did this in the hopes to get accustom to being in gear again before the seminar in Michigan the first weekend in October.

All lifts moved well. The 930 was just to get a rep in with the straps up. The goal coming into this Saturday is to hopefully go into the 1,000s. Deadlift was the first time in the suit and only 2nd sumo pull since the meet in May. 705 moved well, but got out infront of me a little. Lots of form things to clean up, but 705 was over 96% of my best meet pull. If I can stay healthy and training consistent I will hit some solid PRs over the next few months.
