Week 1 of my offseason prep (probably should have done that before I did raw squats in a meet) is in the books, well just the bench at least.

Floor press
5×5@275 using the swiss bar

close grip bench with shoulder saver bar
3×6 up to 315

flat bench dumbbell press
3×8@ 85lbs

band fly 3×10
band tri extensions 3x2o

Great first day in the book, the volume kicked my ass. Diet is cleaned up and going well.

See you at 275, better bring your A game!
