04 Jan Jonathan Byrd Week 2 Squats and Deadlifts
Currently working my way down in weight to lift in the 275 class at the XPC Finals. Looking to improve on my all-time best lifts of 1040, 725, and 730lbs. Depth was close, and speed was great. I really feel like I am in a good position with my squat. I will be pulling the straps up and starting to adjust there as well. The 920 was a pr and there was plenty left in the tank, which of course is the plan this far out.
Deadlifts off 6inch blocks (my weakest point)

Plenty left on the block pulls as well. I will try to beat this number next week off of 4inch blocks. Things are looking up, and really happy with where I am at.
