04 Jan Jonathan Byrd Week 2 Squats and Deadlifts

Depth was close, and speed was great. I really feel like I am in a good position with my squat. I will be pulling the straps up and starting to adjust there as well. The 920 was a pr and there was plenty left in the tank, which of course is the plan this far out.
Deadlifts off 6inch blocks (my weakest point)
Kept briefs on
Plenty left on the block pulls as well. I will try to beat this number next week off of 4inch blocks. Things are looking up, and really happy with where I am at.
