LCS 7 Weeks Out, Session 2

Lowcountry Strength has a group of lifters that will be competing in the Dec 15th APF meet in Columbia, SC.  We’re moving forward into meet prep and will have training start to get a bit more exciting around here.

My own training is a bit different from the crew as they prepare for the meet.  I’m experimenting a bit with a different combos and different reps schemes at the moment while still holding to the 10/20/Life main philosophy.  It’s something that I’m looking to change for the upcoming off season prep for the crew after this meet.
