
09 May Lisa Guggisberg-Offseason and recovery
I am currently in offseason mode and looking to do a raw meet sometime in the fall.

Not a whole lot happening for me right now. I am recovering from some minor surgery and can’t do a whole lot until the doctor clears me. In the meantime I can do some light lower body powerbuilding and walking daily. I can’t even really do any McGill Big 3 which is killing me as those were a daily task I am use to doing.
Check out these new ladies terry cloth tanks.
This weeks lower body work looked like this:
All light weight
- Leg extension 4 x 15
- Standing leg curl 4 x 15
- Belt squat 4 x 20
- Walking lunges 200m
- Walked about a mile on the treadmill.
I am hoping to get back to some upper body training soon and hopefully under the bar.
In the meantime I am looking at doing a meet in September if my recovery goes well.
