I am currently in offseason mode with the goal to focus on some weak points and build back up my raw strength.

Fluff and buff work

Tuesday delt work:

(Delts are probably my favorite to train)

  • Chest supported front side raise 4 x 12
  • Dumbbell Seated shoulder presses 4 x 10-12
  • Dumbbell side raises 4 x 15 with drop set last set
  • Front raise with 25lb plate 3 x 15
  • McGill Big 3
  • Dumbell flys 3 x 20

Wednesday Back Work:

  • McGill Pull ups 4 x 10-12
  • Lat pull down 4 x 12
  • Cable low row 4 x 12
  • Barbell rows @ 125# 4 x 8
  • Dumbbell bent rows 3 x 15
  • McGill Big 3

Heavyish squats and pulls this week.  Feeling really good and enjoying this change of pace with training.
