Rrrrrraaaaawwwwww Squats

I have been really focusing on growing my legs this offseason. So far so good, but man the constant DOMS is killing me!

Weds:
Squats
No wraps of belt
2×10@135
2×5@225
1×5@315
1×5@405
1×1@495 pause
1×1@585 pause

3×50 leg extensions
3×10 hamstring curls

10×1 McGill Pull ups
5×8 single arm dumbbell rows

So I really over did it on the squats this day. I should have stopped at 495, but I am pretty hard headed sometimes.

I was done. Legs were already sore, wanted to stay less than RPE of 8 and got that accomplished.
